The Slovak-born designer grew up fascinated with history, art and architecture. In 2004 he started studying fashion design at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design. A fashion design studio with a 50 year history of teaching fashion design. His studies led him to Paris and soon he was interning at the trend-forecasting studio, Peclers Paris. At the end of his studies in Prague, he was awarded 'Best Diploma' by the Applied Arts Department. After graduating at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague he decided to spend some time in Belgium, where he gained experience interning at Bruno Pieters. In 2012 he launched his own brand, starting with the spring-summer 2013 collection. It was presented at the Prague´s Designblok: design and fashion week, where he caught the attention of press and professionals immediately and was awarded 'The best foreign collection' and later nominated 'Designer of the year' for the same collection. Meanwhile he joined the team of Raf Simons in Antwerp as an intern for the fall-winter 2013 season. Following the whole process of developing the collection gave him a lot of new experience and helped him develop his own brand on a logistic and artistic level. In 2012 he worked as a costume designer for the operas Elektra and Pelleas & Mellisande in cooperation with opera stage director Rocc. Nowadays he lives and works in Prague.
